FREE shipping on all US orders over $75. Since every product we make is made fresh, we process and ship all orders within 7-10 business days. Reach out to orders@arvoti.com if you have any questions about shipping status or need anything rush delivered.
We reserve the right to select and use a postal service of our choice for all shipments. While we strive to provide the best shipping experience possible, this flexibility allows us to make decisions that ensure the timely and secure delivery of your orders.
Please keep in mind that our products contain oils that are susceptible to melting in high temperatures. When placing your order, ensure it's shipped to an address where it can be promptly collected.
Each product has an ingredient list on our website. Prior to ordering, please review it carefully for any potential allergens.
During warmer months, our balm and cream products may arrive in a melted or liquid state. By ordering, you acknowledge and accept this possibility, and refunds will not be issued based on consistency upon arrival. If your face cream or body butter arrives in this state, simply place it upright in a cool room or refrigerator until it solidifies. Rest assured, the quality of the product remains unaffected regardless of its initial consistency.
Our commitment to natural ingredients means our products are free from preservatives, additives, and chemicals. To maintain their integrity, avoid adding water and store them in a cool, dry place.
Shipping Policy: Address Verification and Reshipment

In the event that customers provide incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, resulting in shipments being returned, the following policy applies:

Reshipment Cost: To reship the item to the correct address, you will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipment. This cost includes shipping fees and any additional charges incurred as a result of the return.

Payment for Reshipment: You will have 72 hours to pay the invoice for reshipment. If the invoice is not paid within that time frame, and after multiple attempts to contact you, we will mark the order as complete and close the case.
