- Start with clean skin and apply a few drops of oil, balm, or serum.
- Use the larger end for cheeks, forehead, and neck. Roll upward and outward—never back and forth.
- Use the smaller end for under-eyes and around the mouth. Be gentle.
- Roll for 3–5 minutes to reduce puffiness and help products absorb.
- Wipe clean after use and store in your velvet pouch.
Gua Sha Stone
Use 3–5 times a week—or daily—for deeper sculpting and tension relief.
- Apply facial oil or balm to create slip.
- Hold the stone at a 15° angle to your skin (almost flat).
- Gently scrape in upward strokes: jawline to ear, cheek to temple, brow to hairline, neck upward toward chin
- Use light pressure and repeat each stroke 5–10 times.
- Rinse stone and pat dry after use. Store in your velvet pouch.

Use the roller every single morning especially for right under my eyes. My bags were always horrible and so tender and using the roller has helped so much! Using this before work (I get up at 3:30 every day) helps wake me up as well and feels so refreshing since I keep it in my freezer.
